USE YOUR H.E.A.D. - Health...Exercise...And...Diet



Now that winter is pretty much finished, many of us are spending a little more time in that mirror  ....seeing what's there to work with for Spring and Summer.  If you're one of the fortunate ones, you are totally pleased with your reflection.....if you're more like me, perhaps you're secretly hoping full-length potato sacks will be this year's rage.....hahahaha.

Seriously, many of us have either put on unwanted weight or it has shifted to places it shouldn't have (for me, it's the "belly bulge")   


Health supplements, diet, exercise......many of us let these areas 'slide' during winter months; it's too cold to take those walks, you sit a lot more than usual, you tend to eat more 'comfort' foods, the holidays come back-to-back with all that good food and don't forget the desserts!


Cholesterol levels have jumped for me, my blood pressure/heart health has suffered.....my belly fat has invaded my mid-section....it is time for some serious action.  The kicker is that I already pull a '9 to 5' thing, run the house, blogs, websites....time is a definite issue for me....and I admit it...I hate exercising!


After looking around and getting some valued opinions, I have begun my own 'attack'.  I now take various health supplements,  diet-related supplements and discovered some easy to do exercises that don't take a long time.  Although it has only been a few weeks, I am amazed at the progress I am noticing!  Even my energy level has improved!


Please, everyone take an active part in your health and diet......remember, there is only one of you!
